Matelia is designed for a self-sufficient and comfortable stay. Here you'll find what's included, what's available on request and what the property does not offer.

Check-in is fully self-service. Before your arrival you'll receive personal codes for the building entrance, the property entrance and your room, valid for the length of your stay. You arrive in Verona and walk straight in, with no waiting and no unnecessary procedures.

Each accommodation has a private bathroom according to the chosen configuration: en-suite for Suite Chinotto, outside the room but for exclusive use for Camera Salvia, dedicated for Rubino, Ocra and the Junior Suite.

40" Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, minibar, pod coffee machine, kettle with a selection of teas and hot drinks, welcome water and hairdryer.

Shampoo, shower gel, soap, body lotion, shower cap and disposable slippers. The essentials, chosen with care, so you don't have to think about a thing.

Initial room cleaning is included in your stay. For longer stays, additional cleaning can be requested for a supplement.

Matelia occupies the fourth and top floor of a building equipped with a lift: a private location, with the convenience of reaching the property without stairs.

Free street parking is available in the area. This is not private parking, nor a reserved or guaranteed space.

Matelia does not offer breakfast service. The in-room coffee machine, kettle and minibar let you manage your own time freely, in the morning and throughout the day.

Practical information
The property has CCTV exclusively in the entrance and corridor areas, for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the rooms or in guests' private spaces.
